Simply call the office to make an appointment to begin volunteering if you are 18 years old or older and make sure to bring some form of identification to your appointment.
Persons who are looking to volunteer in the warehouse can dress in work clothing, such as jeans, a t-shirt and tennis shoes or boots (you may get dirty).
This appointment is to assure that you understand what it takes to be a volunteer and to assure it is something you are interested in. In this appointment you will be able to ask any questions you may have about volunteering. You may also be asked some questions during this time along with getting a tour of our warehouse.
EFAP – Volunteers come in every Monday and put together boxes for our commodities program.
Brown Bag – Volunteers come in every 3rd Monday of the month and put together brown bags for our senior citizens.
SNAPP – Volunteers help give away fruits and vegetables every Thursday at Town & Country Park form 6am – 9am.
CAP – Volunteers come once a month to an assigned location where we give out a truck load of food to the community.
